Call for Policy Papers
We are pleased to announce the call for submissions and policy papers for the 12th Annual Conference on Resistance Economy. This year's conference focuses on the vital theme of "The New World Order; Reinventing Iran's Power."
The Annual Conference on Moqavemati Economy is a continuous event organized by the Moqavemati Economy Think Tank (METT) with the aim of "improving the quality of decision-making in the country." This annual conference provides a platform to monitor and assess the nation's core economic issues, strengthen the scientific and policy foundations based on the resistance economy model, and present operational proposals for fortifying the economy, all within a specific thematic area and with the participation of experts.
Furthermore, during the conference, the proceedings, dialogue, and outcomes of deliberations and studies are disseminated through the media. This fosters an environment of utilization, participation, and feedback for all audiences and stakeholders within the national policymaking sphere.
The approach of this annual conference, as the most prestigious event of its kind in the country, is policy-oriented and operational. Its outputs are presented to the relevant authorities for implementation and are actively followed up by the Moqavemati Economy Think Tank.
Therefore, this event is an opportunity for officials, experts, researchers, and academics to engage in multi-faceted, critical dialogue regarding the various perspectives offered to solve the nation's economic challenges (on the conference's theme). It allows them to play a significant role in enhancing policymaking and strengthening the country's economic resilience.
The Twelfth Annual Conference on Resistance Economy, under the theme "The New World Order; Reinventing Iran's Power," is scheduled for the current year. We invite all thinkers, experts, university professors, students, and interested parties to participate in this international event by submitting policy papers to the conference secretariat.
